Refund policy

We have a 30-day warranty on all our appliances, that means if the appliance breaks down within the 30 days we will fix it, replace it, or if neither can be done return it.

Any appliance that a customer picks up after purchase must be brought back to the store for Bargain House to cover it under our 30 day warranty. If the customer cannot bring the appliance back, they must pay the delivery fee depending on their area (45 and up) for us to cover the service in their homes. If the appliance was delivered originally, we will go out to your house for repairs.

Ice Makers or Water dispenser systems are not covered by us in the 30 day warranty. We do not guarantee them to work.

Any appliance that a customer purchases must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase date otherwise it becomes our property. 

Any in-shop appliance for service must be picked up within 2 weeks of diagnosis otherwise it becomes our property.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, it must go through our inspection to determine if the problem can be repaired, and the management must determine the appliance cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar appliance. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as any parts.


Refunds
If an appliance is out of stock in shop when you place your order online or you went through our return process listed above, we will cancel the order and process a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
