Shipping policy

We will schedule delivery at the next available slot for us, unless otherwise communicated, please give us a call to request specific time slots. We will give you a call around 20 minutes in advance of delivery to make sure you are home. You are responsible for making sure the appliance purchased, can be reasonably delivered to your house (make sure doorways are wide enough, etc). Delivery includes installation of appliance, but only if it can be reasonably done according to the driver. Deliveries will be scheduled only if the shipping address is within a 12 mile radius of our store. Exceptions could be made by the manager, please give us a call to see what can be done about longer deliveries. Any longer deliveries must bring back their appliance for repair if the appliance has problems within the warranty period. 

We have a bring back warranty. Any appliance that a customer picks up after purchase must be brought back to the store for Bargain House to cover it under our 30 day warranty. If the customer cannot bring the appliance back, they must pay the delivery fee depending on their area (45 and up) for us to cover the service in their homes. 

Ice Makers or Water dispenser systems are not covered by us in the 30 day warranty. We do not guarantee them to work.

Any appliance that a customer purchases must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase date otherwise it becomes our property. 

Any in-shop appliance for service must be picked up within 2 weeks of diagnosis otherwise it becomes our property.

Our installation and sales do not include the vent hose that goes to the dryer, most customers usually have a pre-existing one, but if you need one installed along with the rest of the installation, our drivers may have some with them that they can install for an extra charge.
